NPPB Governance

Newbury Park PONY Baseball is governed by a set of four documents that define the league and the rules by which it operates.  Copies of the current versions of those documents are available here for anyone's perusal.

Do note that these documents are updated from time to time, so check back here for the most current versions.

Proposed Restated Articles

A restated Articles of Incorporation has been proposed as part of efforts to update NPPB's official non-profit status.  Any and all interested league members are encouraged to review the original and restated articles, and attend a meeting to discuss and vote on the changes on April 28 at 7:30 PM at Dos Vientos Community Center.
